Saturday Courses in Holistic Therapies Available in Avon Area
Each course is a non accredited, general interest course. You will not be able to go out and practice these professionally, but you will be able to give the treatments to family and friends confidently. Each course will cost £20 and is for the whole day, 9.30 start, tea break, lunch break, tea break and 4.30/5pm finish.
Indian Head Massage
Learning a brief history, how to use it safely, each person will give and receive a massage and take home the ability to practice on family and friends.

Learning to recognise some crystals, the Chakra system, how crystals can benefit us.

Using crystals to cleanse the aura and balance the chakra systems, how to place crystals around the home to cleanse, enhance energy flow and lift negative energy
Reflexology
Learning a brief history, how to use it safely, each person will give and receive a treatment and take home the ability to use on family and friends.
Essential oils for your First aid box
Learning about the safe use and application of a few chosen essential oils that will compliment your first aid box.
